| Found this through Joystiq.com, its pretty funny. EA has successfully rattled Activision's cage, so much so that Activision has filed a domain name dispute with the National Arbitration Forum. The site itself is aimed a converting MW3 kiddies over to Battlefield 3 men-of-war. Here's a excerpt from the site that made me laugh the most. - ModernWarfare3.com wrote:

Check out the E3 2011 gameplay demo featuring the Black Tuesday level for a look at the epic fail of the campaign. Pre-Order Call of Duty MW3 Today for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC to secure exclusive bonuses only available online for Modern Warfare 3 fanboys who don't know that Battlefield 3 is the better game.
Bravo EA, bravo. Here's a link to the site: ModernWarfare3.com | |

| An error on my part, EA is not linked to the website. It's owned and operated independent of EA but it still makes for one he'll of a viral advertisement. | |

| Hate to double post but ModernWarfare3.com is down. Apparently because Activision filed a domain name dispute GoDaddy.com removed the "domain by proxy" service that allows the register to remain anonymous. Without that anonymity the guy that runs the site has taken it down now that Activision's legal department can target him directly rather than the site itself. Way to shit on a parade Activision! | |
